“I had been lifting for a couple years before I started working with Jason. Within a couple training sessions, he had identified some mechanical issues I had when performing certain lifts. Because of these issues, I couldn’t even get into position to perform a conventional deadlift. Jason had me work on my mobility shortcomings, which really opened up many other doors for me in my training. I now own my own fitness clothing line, and have competed in a body building competition. "As a new mom, it was hard trying to find time to train. I started training with Jason and was immediately impressed by his knowledge and passion for foundation. He did a consultation to figure out my range, where I was at, built a program tailored specific for me and my goals, and worked with my schedule. After a few weeks of training with him, I could start to see the impact of foundational work and getting more flexible. We then started to up the weight I was lifting while also incorporating cardio. His knowledge around form built my confidence to start lifting heavy. In 3 months I went from being able to deadlift 100lbs to 285lbs. I learned how to properly bench press, squat, plank and worked my way up to doing push-ups without having to be on my knees. Jason was patient but knew when to push me.
I can’t recommend Jason enough, he truly is passionate about this field of work and has the knowledge to back it up. I don’t think I would have ever reached these goals if it weren’t for him."

"My name is Gary and my story with Monster Strength and Jason began in November, 2023. I was 58 years old and had just attended my late father's memorial and was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease on the same week. My family wanted me to do something to address my hand tremor and the gate in my stride which came with my PD. My specialist team felt it would be a great idea to offset my tremor with physical activity. Enter Jason.
I worked with Jason every week over several weeks. My sessions were split into upper and lower body work each session. I had done work in the gym and had done cycling and hiking among my activities. I didn't have a scheduled program and was a bit disorganized in the past with not a specific plan to make improvements. Jason started with simple assessments designed to uncover where I could make incremental improvements. Over the past few months, I learned better technique in what I can do to improve not only my strength but my mobility. When I go to the gym now, I am more thoughtful in how I workout. I know that Jason helped me understand how to integrate strength training into my everyday life. I would strongly encourage anyone to work with Jason.
